We’ll begin with a warm ceremonial cacao circle and guided reflection, opening space for authentic sharing and nourishing connection. Together, we’ll move through a gentle release ritual: letting go of old cycles of chasing, proving, or holding, & welcome in intentions aligned with devotion, self-honoring, and peaceful expansion.
We’ll close with an immersive sound bath to soothe the nervous system, anchor your intentions in the body, and invite calm, clarity, and inner radiance.
