In this reflective and restorative space, we’re turning toward the child we once were—and still carry within. Together, we’ll explore how our upbringing shaped our emotional needs, inner voice, and ways of relating to the world. Through discussion, journaling, and play, we’ll honor the past by making intentional choices in the present.

Expect meaningful dialogue, creative release, and moments of joy as we color, finger paint, craft, and decompress—giving our inner child the freedom they may have missed.

Tea and snacks will be served. Comfy clothes encouraged. Bring a journal if you have one—and a willingness to play.

What to Expect:

Our Heartful Cacao Circle and Sound Bath is a monthly experience that combines the ancient traditions of ceremonial cacao with the vibrational power of sound healing. Facilitated by wellness guides @consciously.christina and @kivibes, this intentionally curated space fosters emotional clarity, inner peace, and community connection.

🌿 The Ceremony Includes:

• A ceremonial cacao drink to open your heart

• Guided visualization and Intention-setting

• A deeply immersive sound bath & meditation

• Connection and integration time at a post-circle social

✨ All participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, pen, and journal. We’ll have extra supplies if you need them.
