All cannabis sales are final sale! For any accessories, please email info@yanacreatives.com prior to returning or exchanging your product(s). This can only be done if an accessory is defective before purchasing, not applicable for cannabis products. Provide your name, order number and reason for return / exchange in the body of your email. We will assess your request and make a decision on a case by case basis. Please make sure to provide any explanation and pictures.

 

Store Refunds for NON-Cannabis accessory/device products.

We take pride in doing whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with one of our device products, please contact our customer service by email at info@yanacreatives.com and we will do our best to resolve any issues. 

 However, if you would like to make a return, we have a 30 day unused and unopened warranty & return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or the item has been opened and used, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

 

Late or Missing Refunds: 

If you haven’t received a refund yet please don’t panic and follow these steps 

 First check your bank account again. 

 Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

 Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

 For non-cannabis shipment purchases, we do not ship to the following domestic locations, due to state by state regulations: AL, AZ, CA, CT, GA, HI, IA, ID, LA, MA, MD, MI, MS, NC, NH, OR, RI, SC, TX, and we do not ship international.

  • All orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST. Due to extenuating circumstances, such as supply chain issues due to global or regional events, there may be a delay in your shipment.

  • The standard rate charged for the shipping of an order is $7.75.

  • We use the following carriers to deliver orders most commonly, and always use a recognized carrier: USPS, FedEx, UPS

  • Ground shipping generally takes 7 business days from the time an order is placed to arrival at your door

  • If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

  • If an item goes on back-order, we will ship you the items in your order currently in stock. When the remaining item(s) becomes available, we will ship you the remainder of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
